Jeff Rector is an award-winning writer, director, producer, working actor, best-selling author, and digital artist known for bold storytelling, striking visual style, and a genre-defying body of work. With a career spanning more than 150 major studio productions, independent films, and television appearances, Jeff has become a respected creative force in both traditional cinema and the evolving world of digital artistry.

Jeff’s work spans a wide range of projects—including feature films, television, streaming series, and documentaries, establishing him as a visionary artist and filmmaker. His work has earned multiple awards and industry recognition, collaborating with major studios and networks including Netflix, Warner Bros., Disney, NBCUniversal, Paramount, FOX, ABC, CBS, SYFY, Bravo and Discovery, among others.

In 2025, Jeff founded the Artificial Intelligence Media Festival (AIMF)—an international celebration of AI-created work across Film, Music, and Art. Conceived as a refined platform for the next wave of visual and sonic storytelling, AIMF champions content creators, independent filmmakers, artists and musicians, to elevate emerging voices and honor innovation at the forefront of a new creative era.

AIMF offers a premium big-screen experience for both creators and audiences, presenting AI-generated films, music videos, and digital art at Regal Cinemas in Los Angeles, inside the iconic Sherman Oaks Galleria. With over forty screenings and a carefully curated Digital Art Exhibit, AIMF celebrates innovation in an immersive theatrical setting.
